Cancellation Policy This Might Help You.
If any customer is willing to cancel his / her booking due to any reasons like illness, death, accident or nonpayment of the balance payment then the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from Client as follows:
●10% of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 30 Days prior to departure of the tour.
●30% of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 15 Days prior to departure of the tour.
●50% of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 07 Days prior to departure of the tour.
●75% of total amount is charged if cancellations is done 2 Days prior to departure of the tour.
●100% of total amount is charged if cancellations is done Same Day
●In exceptional cases like Instant death in family member (Blood Relation only), company can refund the advance payment amount but only after deducting its service charges and the cost charged in hotel/ transport etc and Company would also need the death certificate to process the refund amount (Please note: This policy will not be entertain if the cancellation may happen during the tour.)
●The Company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the Government policy. Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only (any verbal committment will not be entertained).
●Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services.
●All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
PREPONE & POSPONE:
●If in case you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail.
●We do not charge anything if the package is postpone/ prepone once. However after the first time additional charges will be levied.
●Please note that the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/transport and season/offseason time. (Do intimate us 10 days prior to your journey)
●We do not accept any change in plan within 10 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will intimated to you beforehand.
●Advance can be utilized within 1 year from the date of advance payment.The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives.
(Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
●Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon concerned Hotel's cancellation policy
NOTE :-
●Confirmations Depend on the Availability of airfare and Hotels at the time of booking.
●There is no contract between Mountains chain travel Pvt.ltd. and the client until the company has received initial deposit amount of specified tour package.
●During peak periods like Christmas, New Year, and long weekends, hotels may charge high-season supplements.
